Your school probably has anti-smoking posters and information. We all know that smoking causes cancer, emphysema, and other health problems. But do you know what tobacco companies do to animals? Hundreds of thousands of animals are still used in cruel tests conducted by cigarette companies.
Experimenters cut holes in beagles' throats through which the dogs are forced to breathe thick, dirty cigarette smoke for a year.
Rats and monkeys have masks strapped to their faces and are forced to breathe cigarette smoke constantly.
Please join our campaign against smoking tests on animals. Write to Philip Morris and Nabisco (owned by Philip Morris) and ask that they stop funding this cruelty and concentrate on human studies with the millions of people who (stupidly) smoke cigarettes. Here's what we need you to do in our "Lifesaver" Campaign:
Print out our handy Lifesaver (owned by Nabiscoyou gettin' the connection here?) letterhead. (PDF format Adobe Acrobat file).
Color the Lifesaver and write a note to Mr. Geoffrey Bibles, letting him know that you'll avoid buying ALL Nabisco products, including Lifesavers, until he becomes a lifesaver himself and ends all animal experiments at Philip Morris.
As always, let us know when you've written to Philip Morris!
Or draw and color your own Lifesaver. Send your letters to:
Philip Morris Companies, Inc.

And please don't smoke! Smoking doesn't just kill people.
